I reported and took admission in deemed college in Round 1 under NON- NRI category and went for upgradation in R2 but didn’t get upgradation . Can I change my nationality before R3 and apply for another deemed college under NRI category ?
So if I resign my R1 seat i will get back my money but if I keep the seat for backup will I loose my fee amount also ?

Sir ,i got seat in round-1 , but didn't report at the college. And i didn't fill fresh choices in round-2. I got seat in State counseling. Now in 2 nd round allotment, it's there as not reported in round -1 & didn't fill fresh choices in round-2. I don't want to participate in any other rounds & want to leave AIQ. You can try Round-3 after taking Free Exit, if you have upgraded from Round-1 and you resign within allowed time. Surety of getting a seat depends upon seat vacancy and Merit.

No. On upgradation u can leave the new seat with loss of Security Deposit
Once u get a seat from state you can fill lower colleges in AIQ R3 and exit with loss of Security Deposit.
