In case the BAH doesn’t ever come naturally - I use a super staccato EH. The same e as in egg. They stop in their tracks. I use it sparingly. This video is awesome!
I felt like I shouldn’t have watched this with Cinnamon in the same room- Too smart! Could sense my vulnerability 😂 She is 8 months- Thank you for taking time to share your information!
i love Willo, we just lost our corgi 6 wls ago and are heartbroken. Thinking about getting another corgi as that is all we have had. Keep up good work as you two are wonderful.
Hi Devon! Willo behaves almost exactly as our Corgi does. Do you live in a multi-floor house? If so how what can I do to minimize the impact of the stairs on our girl? She's almost two now! Thank you for this video :)
I’m getting a corgi soon and have been looking into training tips and this video was super helpful. Thank you!! Also your puppy is absolutely precious.
Where did you get the stairs/ladder to your bed?? I need one for my corgi and cant find a nice one, and yours doesnt look as bulky as the ones i found!
Thank you for these tips! my corgi has a major guarding problem and I have been trying to figure out how to resolve it without physically hurting them. Positive reinforcement works well with tricks but for obedience, I need something a little more stern. I, too, don't think I could keep my sweetie off my bed!
we feed our girl Freyja with a mix of wet and dry food so we feed her on a lickimat. When she started guarding we started feeding her on our lap whole holding the mat so she didn't think it was "hers" then graduated to splitting her food into 3 or 4 portions so she started associating us taking away the food as a positive cause it keeps coming back with more food, haven't had any issues for months now!
The look on sweet Willo's face while you discuss the training! 😊 It's like a combination of, "Mom! Stop talking about me!" and, "Finally Mom's starting to get it. 🙄" They are so patient with us! 💓🐾 P.S. my friend Maude Dog often prefers to poop on the curb, sidewalk or edge of driveways. She also has a fluffy butt, and has assured me those surfaces help keep her hindquarters clean when she goes.

Ahh thank you! I will have to try that one!

Lmao my corgi honeybear does the same thing he’s so smart he knows I don’t have a treat and won’t listen to “come” and looks at me like I’m dumb 😂
They are so stubborn! 😂

Yeah that stuff is so hard to train out of them! Hand-feeding your corgi yourself may help too!

Hi, Willo!!! So... you seem to have left a loaf of bread on your bed. 🥰🥰🥰
I like how your corgi just sits there and opens his mouth haha
Does willo’s feet get yellow stain from pee? Any suggestion how to get rid of it?
I love corgi have a G.Shep. Welsh Corgi 11mons

hahahaha yeah she is very patient! And so expressive lol
I feel like doggos can convey more with an ear or eyebrow than most humans I know.
@@leothelion60625 very much agree
Watching this with my rescue corgi by my side resting. She has been with me a little over 24 hours. When BAH was said. She immediately looked up!
Now you need to rescue yourself, lol. Corgis are loud, obnoxious, stubborn, barker, shedder and herd everything!
I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT WAS A FEMALE CORGI!
hahaha what gave it away?
I let my corgi sleep with me but I put his crate on my bed and he sleeps in there it’s just on my bed
is it a soft crate? haha
@@devonandwillo no hard crate but I layer it with a fuzzy comforter and a memory foam large pad and a pillow and his squish toys
@@swan20051395 Aw that's so nice
