Couple questions about cameras:
1. I have the same cameras and my attempts to connect them to Wi-Fi were failed - don't you know any reasons?
2. How I can save records on the Cloud? Is it possible?

ok, sorry to hear your struggling with our subtitles, they should appear as white text in a dark grey box, that how I can see it here on my computer. to answer your questions with the WIFI model we sometimes found you had to connect directly to the network with a network cable for the initial setup and then you could turn WIFI on and disconnect the physical connection, also maybe double check the strength of the WIFI where your mounting the camera as this can affect it's WIFI performance. For the 2nd question you will have to pay EZVIZ's subscription fee for online cloud storage. we've found at the moment the better option is recording to MicroSD. sorry that was a little long winded hope we've answered your questions.
Hi! Sorry for the late answer - I was busy with damned cameras. Easy installation, they said, three simple steps, they said... I assume that the seller had sold me modification without wi-fi. Eventually I've connected it with a cable.

sorry to hear your still having problems, it appears that the release of the EZVIZ range onto the UK market a few months back wasn't executed very well and they are being very slow to get up to speed, for example I could send you a link to the official site for EZVIZ cloud storage (www.ezviz.co.uk/cloud/) but as you can see that isn't going to be much help (Lorem ipsum). We've been quite disappointed with them here at use-IP and even though you didn't buy from us we never like to see customers dissatisfied with the product they've bought, if you keep having problems then don't hesitate to contact us at www.use-ip.co.uk for help on buying a new setup that will work. (but for obvious reasons we will not be able to refund/compensate you for the EZVIZ products)
