From what I can hear in the video, the B787-9 seems to be a quiet airplane even at high power settings during takeoff and climb out. Thanks for sharing!

It seems like aircraft engines have all lost their uniqueness in terms of sound. It used to be you could easily tell the difference between a GE, RR, or PW, but now since the GE-90 they all sound roughly the same.
The Trent 1000 is noticeably more noisy than the GEnx engine. Still like the sound though ...
+Jeff D. Most of the Trent 1000 variants are more powerful than the GE counterpart, and it seems that most of the GEnx-powered 787 takeoff videos on RUclips are derated takeoffs, whereas most of the Trent-powered ones aren't.
