Magtatadtad kami ng lukarin na niyog ,magtatadtad din ng hipon , pagsasamahin namin ang lukarin na nyog with tinadtad na hipon . With sibuyas ,bawang at Luya . Then mixs them together with salt & ground pepper . Then ibabalot namin sya mismo sa dahon ng Gabi. At pakukuluan namin sa gata ng niyog . Medium heat Lang. Pagkatapos lalagyan ng siling labuyo . Lulutuin namin hanggat matuyo ang sabaw ng gatang niyog .
