    Ingredients:
    --------------
    Chicken breast -- 250 gms
    Cheese, grated -- 2 tbsp
    Hung yogurt -- 1 tbsp
Green chili paste -- 1 tsp
White pepper powder -- ½ tsp
    Coriander powder -- ¼ tsp
    Garam masala - pinch
    Salt -- to taste
    Directions:
    ------------
    1. In a food processor, add in the grated cheese, hung yogurt, green chili paste, white pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala and very little salt and cream the mixture until soft.
    2. Remove the cheesy mixture into a bowl and add in the chicken pieces. Mix the chicken pieces with the cheesy mixture and coat the pieces well. Rest this for about 3-4 hours.
    3. Take chicken pieces and put them in the skewers.
    4. Preheat the Phillips Air fryer at 200 degree C for 5 minutes.
    5. Remove the basket and place the skewers in the basket and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
    6. After 5 minutes, pull out the basket and turn the skewers and again cook for 3 mins.
    7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
    For mint chutney:
    1. In the blender, add in some mint leaves, coriander leaves, few ice cubes, 5-7 no's green Chillies, little chaat masala, salt and lime juice. Blend well to make smooth paste. Serve in bowl.

Sanjay, I am a single 46yo father raising my 2 sons after their mother passed away in early 2013 from cancer. Cooking all meals for my family, I often look on YT for new tasty & healthy recipes from all parts of the world, but as I am Indian I do gravitate to Indian cuisine. For health reasons I don't often deep fry at home but we love samosa, pakoras & other dishes which are tradionally fried. Do you think these things would work in the airfryer? My boys & I love to watch the passion, expertise & common sense with which you cook & you make us smile & laugh which is important in life. We appreciate what you do for us. Thanks brother!

You're MUCH better off air-frying than you are deep-frying by leaps and bounds! - Not only is 'frying oil' unhealthy, but, when heated it creates carcinogens, precursors to Cancer. That said, "air-frying" unhealthy, carb rich, foods will still lead to obesity in sedentary people.

@@orasis Very sensible advice, dear Orasis. Very well-timed n succinctly put. Gud for everyone, not just the sedentary amongst us! 👏

Chef Thumma, I have been a big fan of you and tried many of your “funtastic” recipes successfully but this Phillips crap is so HARD to SWALLOW. I understand the need to make money, but you are trying to shove it down the throat every 20 seconds. Ease-off ….. We got the point.

Sort of cheapened the product imo.

So one gets to hear some about the product. Just follow the recipe if you want to see what this otem and the difference in cooking method is about. Period

Dear Sanjay I have been following your shows from very initial days when they were full of simplicity, skills, and above all honesty. Now that simplicity, skills and honesty seems to be dying. Sorry to say but due to commercial obligations we have lost our Sanjay Vah chef and now the show starts with Philips super chef. Your whole show is now about that stupid highly priced slow working air fryer not about food actually you loved to present earlier and I use to say to my friends that see this guy and his talent both in cooking and it's presentation. I follow many western cookery shows too where if they is a sponsor they simply mention it in starting and continue with there shows as usual, not make their show as per there sponsor. Please wake up Sanjay, don't be a servant of these sponsors and be a master like before. You may experience financial issues but remember original and master live till last.

    • @faridredmi4aansari33
      @faridredmi4aansari33 2 года назад

V apt and timely advice, given with positive criticism dripping with sincerity! (Aah! Cooking shows affecting our language! 😅) I fully agree.....Even your masters (i.e., Philips) should wake up to this issue: it is actually bad marketing; subtlety in marketing gets better and longer lasting results. (Added later: It is possible that it is NOT sponsored video. It is Philips' own marketing / advertising effort. Many chefs etc. work as brand ambassadors, both full time n otherwise.)
