Mostly all never cars from around 2014 need this kind of system for auxiliary light. This XBB app is also available in English version. I like to use the Led Light Bar on the roof because of the high snow walls we have here in Arctic Circle during the winter.

what is this for? why do i need it? how far can this bar beam? in the end you show light on the garage, what light is this? which one is from that bar?
For better and safer road experience, here in the Northern I believe around 80% used some kind of auxiliary light in the dark winter season. This one blast light 1 LUX at 464 m away and 7430 lumen is incredible, compare to only original light.

I would use the Doom sticker as well! The bar looks great, would have no use for it back here in Brazil but it's cool to know all that stuff that we can adapt to our cars!
Doom sticker really got me sentimental from the old days ☺️ Thanks I really like this look, compare to the old bulky ramp I had on my old car if you remember it.
So the OBD Dongle is for communication with your phone? Can the LED bar automatically turn on when you turn on high beam? And how about wind noise on the highway?
OBD dongle send the signal to the relay powering the lights, and also to phone for settings you like to have. Yess it can be done but first need to wait for update, they have to code all cars manually, and this is function is on the way 👍

This led bar on the roof is a temporary solution under the darkest months here in the winter 🥶 These lights are removed really easy in about 5 minutes, and the XBB Dongle and PowerUnit are permanently installed for the next time I need the lights. Read description ⬆️

Väldigt nöjd med XBB systemet 👌 Fästena är gjorda av något så enkelt som vinkeljärn jag bände till i skruvstädet. Leta som en galning utan att hitta några fästen att köpa.

Så pass då blir det till att försöka göra några liknande järn själv, ser lite roligare ut om det ligger så nära taket som möjligt

Cool bro! Adapter always stay in OBD, or it need just for settings?
OBD dongle always need to be in when you use the lights. I keep mine the whole winter then I remove it and also the led light bar from the roof. When I need it again is around 10 minutes work ☺️

Really bad winter conditions here, so auxiliary lights is important. Most cars have them here during winter.

This video is supposed to show the actual installation with the XBB system. Is so many different variables so is not any point really to show it in video. What kind of weather and how the camera pick up the light, also is so many different kind of light solutions on the market. But for your answer the light is really good.
without any optical lense this is the type of ACCENT LIGHT you see mostly on freight trailer trucks.
Here in town is really common with this kind of led bar on the roof but many also has in the lower section of the front for cleaner look.
