I checked the packet flow from another source and looks like the security profile inspection happens in the "content inspection" part, it's on the last slide in this video.
Well explained... I have one doubt if Nat happens first then I should have security policy for natted IP...but in reality we write policy for destination IP not natted IP

Security rules are applied to the contents of the original packet, even if there are NAT rules applied.

SRC NAT would be processed at L2-4 FW processing stage and then it will be forwarded to to SSL decrypt
