I do deep meditation of lord shiva for9-18 mins till the stotram ends & loop until i get satisfaction on focus in🕉️shiva. A huge change is being create, Hardly i think negative, no negative thoughts means hard to make me anger. Shani was creating delay in every field now seems to be getting solve even without much of effort.. HAR HAR MAHADEV 🕉️🙏🏻
@jyothipshet3296 If you are new then you won't be able to complete zero your thoughts. In this case just create a picture in your mind that you are sitting in front of lord shiva near his feet at ground and think nothing more than that. Later after few weeks you would be able to complete empty your thoughts and focus on forehead closing eyes but not by forcing your eyes, just in meditation. Now about stotram i do listen to that to avoid any noises from surroundings to avoid any interfere in thoughts so that all i can focus on shiva . The original from shankar mahadevan is great . Also sit like lord shiva make your thumbs connected, do not disconnect them and after meditation use that hand palm to your forehead. You will feel that powerful energy to third eye. Always do meditation in open to sky, morning evening both good. Make sure you haven't eaten in last 3 hrs at least. Thanks to lord shiv for guiding me to correct path 🕉️

We see maa durga as our daughter from our home and maa kali as motherly figure, though both of them are same powers in different form. I witnessed strange things happen on 3 nights around 11pm, big owl, screams, black insects starting with dogs barking suddenly. Not exactly black magic but some kind of magic was upon me as well. I guess that was done upon me after I appeared in my 12th board exams that I suffered for long 12 years. I had faced certain symptoms like nightmares, losing job, losing chances of higher studies in abroad. I went to a specialist & he said someone did a terrible black magic on me.
