I use bucket and fill it with watter usually 6 liters that equals to 6 kilos thats is 13,2 pounds for my forearm workout it burns i love it my wrists are hard big vascular and u can see lines.
If u have a regular strength routine just work it into that. I'd maybe use the rubber bands for warmups before u hit the bag or after, use the dumbbell during a separate workout so ur wrist isn't overworked

These exercises work for forearms. Not wrist.
Aren’t they connected . Plus you work multiple muscles from most exercises
