There’s also a secret document that says the suspect used a mask due to spirit gum. Combine this with the fact that a structure that looks similar to Evil Cat looks straight at the camera in one of the InstaGram videos, and it’s safe to say that Evil Cat is the true fiend.

Ok I’ll come back to update this, but here is what I gathered.
-fish cat basically has no reason to be on the list. Although we don’t have that much evidence, how could he have tampered with the capsules in the first place.
-there is a apple core behind the background in the mission impossible suspects. This might mean trash cat is the criminal.
-Despite things, I don’t believe that thief cat is the criminal. He steals stuff, not tampers with stuff. Besides, I don’t know what he would want with lifeforms.
-hacker cat looks pretty surprised about the things inside the capsules, so I don’t think it was him.
I will update this as soon as evidence is revealed.

I found a piece of evidence marked #2 and it said the perpetrator was wearing some kind of mask leaving only evil cat and maybe ninja cat
