- Here, we illustrate the process and concept behind the initial steps of a Sandwich ELISA: coating an ELISA plate with a capture antibody and then blocking the plate with BSA or a detergent-based Blocking Buffer.

How much do you dilute the capture antibody? What concentration do you use and how much you add?
do you have to have recombinant protein for your target antibody to make the standards if you DIY an elisa like this?
