    This is a very good tutorial. You explain it in a simple but informative way. I'm a biomedical student and were going to make an ELISA experiment next week. I feel more ready for it now. Thanks :)

    How much do you dilute the capture antibody? What concentration do you use and how much you add?

    do you have to have recombinant protein for your target antibody to make the standards if you DIY an elisa like this?
