I had a rotator cuff tendon tear 1.5 years ago, while doing inclined barbell presses. And had to stop training once the pain got unbearable.
I was new to the gym, could have avoided the injury if I had someone to guide me through these postures and techniques back then!

A tendon tear cannot heal naturally. The only way to fully recover from that is to get it operated. However since mine was a partial tear... At this point, it hurts only when I over exert that particular shoulder. And even then the pain is more or less bearable.

Some Stupid Gym Trainer suck at teaching us proper movements. If asked, they say how many doubts will you ask!! Coz of their inefficiency in teaching us and disinterested job ethics, we need to suffer .

This exercise much safer if it was performed on the floor where elbows cant cross its limit, avoid bench. While pushing up from chest it can be done like barbell but while bringing down it has to be extra rotation.

I followed his exercises that is showed in video and it worked so i didn't use any medication 😅

Also very important to warm up properly to ensure proper blood flow to the parts of body to be worked out in particular. I myself have undergone an injury in right Bursa, and I must tell, it really restricts our movements and I had to give about 3 to 4 months break to my workout which was damn frustrating.

I was also doing flat back and hurt. But even now in proper techique it hurts right shoulder because they didn't guide when i was new. So bro how did u tackled shoulder pain?
