In sheet3 for final ram speed calculations =((OrigArea-OrigProfTotArea)/ShotSize)+E10 Here OrigProfTotArea is always 0 Is there right ,or you missing something in calculations
In cell C20, Short size w compressibility 8% 86.75mm then after became 91.75mm in C23. Why does the short size w compressibility need to plus with 5 mm switchover? And the principles of X Y Delta, Angle, and Total area.
Hello Rashmi Ranjan, Thanks for your comments. here is the link to download the calculator spread sheet - drive.google.com/file/d/1_SP-YegsWcfc3dJd2F348W-kSOZHVfIZ/view

May I have 2 ideas ; The 1st 5:49 min. May be better to add a reference of Compressibility factor 8 -10% .

suppppppeeerrrrr sir
Thanks RidheshKumar
hello sir
why did you make the switch over position at 5 mm
thanks
Hello Mustafa - It is just an example
@@sachinfulsundar5012 okay but in real simulation how to choose the switch over position from simulation results ?
Dear sir please send this calculation sheet.
