nice to see it starts out with the classic lute key of G minor, you can't have lute music without G minor in there somewhere

Well, G Dorian - as are the clear majority of pieces in Petrucci's Odhecaton A. It's difficult to get away from the one flat key signature!

I'm very new to playing the lute, so when I improvise or compose a piece I almost always do it in G minor or G dorian
