Je tusi DVS bhar chukke ho ta dobara usnu edit nahi kita ja sakda. The best chance you have is to send an email to IDP and see what your options are. Vaise tusi family name kyun nahi bharna c? Je tuhade passport utte family name hai ta bharna laazmi hai.

Je tusi already DVS submit kar chukke ho ta oh re-edit nahi ho sakda par tusi fer v IDP nu call karke puch sakde o je koi solution hai is gall da ta. 2 business days wich oh email da reply kar dinde ne. Call utte shyad instantly ho jaave. Baaki, main apne end utte tuhanu eh pata kar dinna k surname enter karan naal koi problem aundi hai ya nahi. @@SaadiClass sir registered on 9th feb entered details for DVS same day just after 10 minutes when I realised i had made a mistake, after that same thing i have emailed to idp also. but i have called idp many times they are saying wait wait wait nothing else and speaking is on 14 feb and 16 feb main exam.
I gathered some information and found out that it takes at least 5-6 business days for the change in DVS to show, so you should wait it out. If it doesn't reflect by the day of the speaking test, feel free to inform the invigilators about it. I'd suggest that you focus on the exam instead because the DVS system is automated by software and you will eventually get the correct TRF.
