Hmm, not sure. In my opinion, there's no bigger club trophy than the Champions League. But depending on the team, for example Leicester City in 2016, some Premier League titles might have more value

I think the only reasonable response they provided was that they said winning the premier title shows consistency while the champions league title involves a little bit of luck, but I still was not convinced and thought there were other reasons, which is why I posed the question. I guess as an American, I'm conditioned to believe that having the best record or winning a division title (i.e. pacific division title: premier league title) has little meaning unless you win the championship (i.e. nba title: champions league title). Anyway, thank you for the response.

No you can only play the group stage of UCL or UEL

Technically no, they can't qualify for both, but if they get knocked out of ucl they can play in uel during the same season
