  • Today we are here with Guest Chef Sabah Yıldırım and with her delicious recipe; shrimp salad with artichoke! Shrimp salad has became a popular and common food in recently all around the world. It is healthy, delicious and convenient. But this is not just a basic shrimp salad! This recipe is consisted of three stages.     Basic Ingredients:
    Fennel, Shrimp, Citron
    For Artichoke Base:
    Carrot (1), Onion (1), Artichoke (4), Garlic, Flour (1tbsp), Lemon, Salt
    Marination Sauce Ingredients:
    Rakı, Popping, Salt, Garlic, Olive oil
    Eggplant Puree Ingredients:
    Tahini (1 tbsp), Parsley, Lemon, Fresh onion
