Guys approached to me several times in China Shenzhen shopping area. The scammers are targeting foreigners. Their story is, that they are from Hong Kong or Taiwan and they dont have any money left so they are selling this phone out of desperation, but in reality those phones are fake, and they will go as low as 200$ wit a price
