Hey Matt idk if you’ll see this but I have scoliosis where I’m not completely even when I put my hands to the floor for pushups I always have to slightly move my left arms over to make the Spain even I want to be even but im always slightly off , any suggestions ? Also for clarification my right arm when I place it on the floor is straight but when I do the same with my left to perform the movement my body slightly shifts to the left since that’s where my spin curves against my shoulder , sorry for typing a lot just curious I know form is necessary but I e never had issues till now but then again im 31 I didn’t really think it would affect me I started doing calisthenics as a teenager been slightly sedentary due to my new job anyways thanks for the info and awesome tips so far !
Loving your channel Matt. I found doing circuits of 50 pull-ups, 50 chin-ups, 100 dips, 100 inverted rows and 100 Superman push-ups 4 times per week blasts biceps and triceps to their max. 6 sets or 10 sets, depending on strength levels that day. 1000 walking lunges on beach once per week for legs. I am a 56 yr old mf😂💪
Suspension trainers are a very affordable piece of equipment that can do everything.
Just about unless you are intent of being a power lifter 🏋️♀️.
Holy crap
I just finished an interview you did a year ago- yeah you’ve really been taking advantage of the iso because you’re jacked
I read "no more boring girls" XD
Great video, Matt! I like to do hammer grip curls from this position. Easier on my elbows.
