- Hey, y'all! Sorry I haven't been able to get any new homes. I sold the old one and this is how it looks now. I hope the new owner will let me get a video after it's been restored. I guess this one is more for me than anything, but I hope you enjoy it too. God bless you all.

Congrats on your sale! I am sure it is difficult to say goodbye to a homestead of 56 years, especially such a beautiful home. Just keep in mind you are now on a new chapter of your life; your books and beautiful new home... I'm sure good things are ahead of you so look forward to a new and exciting future!

Thank you, Joel. It's just brings a little sadness to leaving it behind. I'm so thankful for the new life chapter that I'm living and happy with it. I'm happy they are saving the home and look forward to seeing what they do to it.

You're doing a good thing instead of letting it fall down. My buddy sold me his childhood home/mom's house at a bargain price it was in bad shape but it's slowly coming back. Hope you enjoy the rest of your life sir

@@LifescrazyAdventurenp. unfortunately my friend passed away after he sold me the house but he was happy knowing it was getting fixed up and seeing the improvements I made before he passed.
