I recommend castor oil mix of rosemary oil before you do it make sure you do your research you never know

How have you applied this serum to your eye lashes? You are suppose to apply this to the base of your eye lashes not actually on your eyes lashes itself. Just like when you apply hair growth serums on the scalp and not actually on the hair strands.
