- February 20, 2005 - Second year forward LeBron James earned his first career All-Star appearance in 2005, scoring 13 points, grabbing eight rebounds, and dishing six assists in the East's 125-115 victory over the West. Box Score: www.basketball-...
"It's so rare to have a guy that athletic who thinks pass first... He can do whatever what he wants and he still thinks to pass."
emielaen So true. He thinks in terms of who has the best percentage chance of scoring. A lot of times that means pass or drive or make a move to open up a player and pass. He’s a complete ball player, does it all incredibly well.
That’s one reason he’s the goat
The best part of LBJ being pass first, is he's going to have the most points of all time when he's done. GOAT status incoming but it's hard to say while he's playing and Jordan 6-0 looms, nobody can reminisce a player who's still active.
@@elmalloc True, And it's just crazy that he's very likely to become the leading scorer AND he'll go down as a top 3 passer. He may finish his career with 40k/10k/10k. It's absurd.
I finally figured it out.
Lebron was a Running back Quarterback in football who chose the path of Basketball 🏈
A starter on the all star team only in his second year. Crazy.
67Killa25 Scrilla3 LeBron easily better tho.
dbachos sike
Kobe averaged 15 in his second season LeBron averaged 27 in his second. Which one do you think is better🤔🤔😴
Ja'Quan Jackson LeBron easily is the better player
Ja'Quan Jackson ok now compare their minutes in the 2nd season... and Kobe had to share with Shaq, LeBron was always the first option....
Lebrons the only player from this game still active and getting even better!
@Marie Madison so they're still active and getting better?😂
@Marie Madison Kobe not even alive 😢
And Still Going Going Strong 💪💯
Well this comment last longer than i thought LOLL
same here
Lebron been around so long folks forgot he played in this era lmaooo
and they have the nerve to say he played in a soft era. So the NBA has been soft since 2003? Idiots.
Who forgot he played in this era? They mention his age literally in every game he plays.
I would love to see lebron and AI on the same team. They would've killed everyone.
iFranOne two are my all time favourites
now we have LeBron and IT
Hell naw, ai was my fav player growing up, and all he would of done was shoot the team out of games and try to outshine Bron ! That would be terrible
it wouldve been pretty similar to lebron and irving on the same team..
You saw it and lebron and kyrie...lol kyrie is everything iverson was but kyrie is a better shooter
Guard... I can remember James playing his first year as a point guard, second year as a Shooting guard and by the third year since now, he is playing wherever he wants
I know this is a Lebron James video, but think about this... this is Dwyane Wade's first all star game too. They both were the top of their class from early on
Quincy Cunningham that class was sick. No class was better.
Kimberly Walker 84, 96, and 09 are debatably better
Quincy Cunningham it was a match early in the making
A M CP3 drafted 2005, unless you just meant the banana boat crew not the draft class
he should’ve been all star on his rookie season
i wish we coulda seen AI & LeBron together
AI lives thru kyrie all goods bruh
+Chris Webber4 true
Was exactly thinking the same. AI in his prime and a young LBJ would definitely gave a ring what AI mostly deserved and next to that would have been awesome to watch
moe Al was a ball Hogg.
@Armani Smith so was MJ and Kobe
all star games were more competitive back then
Not really.
dxburner222 yes they were
Nnamdi Ubbaonu no they weren't
Then explain all the defence and foul calls. Use your eyes. They were competitive back then.
Boy do I have some good news for you
it's crazy how players on this game all retired and lebron still active and an all star.. amazing
Yeah obviously. He's the youngest of course he'd be the one still playing lmao
@@qwertyzxcvbn3174 dwade retired.
@@qwertyzxcvbn3174 Even some players in the video who are as young as him don't even play in NBA anymore.
He really hasn't had the injury bug in his career...so that is a huge reason why he's accomplished what he has...
@@qwertyzxcvbn3174 dudes don't usually play as long as lebron has played. What a dumb comment by you
Back when the allstar game was very competitive to watch
and to think... by the time lebron could legally consume alcohol, he was already the best player in the nba... wow.
they played alot more d back then
Curry lucky he coming up in the softest era to ever exist, LBJ the last one standing from this cloth still in his prime and killin Curry whole team / KD soft ass
Yup, 14 years ago
Kawhi plays good enough D for an entire team
They play less D this years bc alot of player been getting injured in exhibition game. which is so boring now. but i undestand why
both teams 80 points with 4:30 left in the 3rd quarter? yeah real defense. smh.
0:08 surprised there has been no "Illuminati Conspiracies" about this
You obviously don't shit about why he did this. Its cause of Jay Z, he's best friends with him
@@dhanuparwito20 you know what a double meaning is? Google what his black Boule tattoo on his chest means
@@alexdreyer5316 Its actually the lion of saint marks gospel. Compare the tattoo with saint marks lion. Nearly identical.
headband days
I remember this game like it was only yesterday, I skipped class just to watch this. 😂
They should do like an old school or like a Retro NBA all-star weekend. Deadass that would be nice to watch
They sort of did that in 2003, Michael Jordan's last year in the league. The East and West both wore 80's All-Star jerseys and some of the other events had a throwback vibe as well, such as the celebrity 3-on-3: ruclips.net/video/VmSMPFIessk/видео.html
AI and Lebron together WOW!!!
Miss this era of the nba 😔
LEBRON ONE OF THE BGEST EVER ALLREADY IN 31 AGE ONLY
15 consecutive years baby!!
I miss the days where they actually tried to play at least a little in the all-star game. LeBron and Ai on the same team would have been a good thing
back when all-star games were competitive....man 2011 was really the last time guys actually cared about winning in the all-star game
the best since jordan
+Juniu R W
Juniu R lol your funny
sumit bharti. EXIT
Juniu R lmao
sumit bharti Since the Black Mamba retired
Its unbelievable how he treated nba vets his rookie year omg
This guy is heaps good, and he’s so young, good career ahead of him.
Only James and Vince carter and wade still play in 2018 from this game.
And only Lebron in 2020
@@Soldier979 half true, VC15, still playng unitl mid this 2020 jaja lets seen how many more he will play
. . .only in his 2nd yr.. deym legend bron. . .
Imagine a team with LBJ, Iverson & Shaq
Jermaine Use His Left Hand at Last High Five To Shaq Dubbed as a Big Brotherhood.
They winning at least 3-4 rings together
His jump shot looked so much better when he first got to the league
it's the extra weight he put on lol.. but he has found a new stroke and it works
Prime Shaq, AI and Bron in one team, how many chips we winning?
Another ALL 🌟 game mvp for the 👑
LeBron was 20 Years old here ... Just let that sink in...
I remember recording this all star game on tape😂man those was not the days😂
G0AT RIGHT THERE
You are higher than giraffe pussy, MJ is the G.O.A.T
Why he can't be All star in his first rookie year?
This crazy asf to know this young lebron James..mannnn he really had one hell of a nba career if you think about it
Man luka out here really looking like bron being in his 2nd season and all-star starter. My man is built differently
He might've been a Tim Duncan kind of player, but better. If he had someone to pass to from the start, and played for a good franchise, he would've been a much more of a winner than he has become. Because he didn't have that luxury at first, he became kind of a villain and ruined his reputation, by chasing the rings and switching teams. I wish he had a good team early on, it would've been so satisfying to watch. He was definitely the guy who can fit on any team. Now he's the guy who needs a certain kind of a team around him
Illuminati confirmed
00:06
Ohio confirmed with y'all weird ass
He came out Reppin Illuminati immediately.
Ahhh the days when all star games were actual games
no nobody but kawhi Leonard could stop the king not even MJ in his prime.
Armani aka hops 90,s man smith Hahahahaahahaha! So many players can stop this flop king! He is not even TOP 10 !
@@jerryteo4972 wtf, you sound so dumb man, he is top 3

zeravla leirbag no. It's the rock. Roc A Fella records
its A for akron. him and his high chool teammates did that
@@Disneymagic24 His high school teammates got him into satanism and freemasonry. Look it up
Steve Francis was supposed to make it to the all Star game that year smh
It's funny when some of the more bitter late 90s/00s old heads talk about how Lebron couldn't play in their era.
My brother in Christ, Lebron is a middle aged man who began playing in 2003. He literally played in your era lmao.
he made the all star team in his second year in the league that's crazy #goat
truthseeker89 for life Jordan made All Star as a rookie. A starter for that matter.
@@bakdos8669 Was Jordan 19 or 20 yrs old? Lebron didn't have 4 yrs with the great Dean Smith.
@@ampmri2434 he was 21, and he didn't have four years with Dean Smith, he had three years with him. Why are you lying? If you don't know you don't know, but you know and still trying to shortchange/adjust the truth for your agenda.
@@bakdos8669 Ok, he didn't have 3 yrs with the great Coach Dean Smith. One year less, Lebron straight from high school. FACTS.
@@ampmri2434 Also, name me a rookie who was an all-star starter in their rookie season. And this was the 84-85 season when the east was the loaded conference! The Celtics had five hall of famers in their team, the Pistons were really strong, the Bucks and the sixers all had All Stars.
And he was still a guard!!!
I love how LeBron was already like a 5-year vet by age 20 in his 2nd season 😂
yo is there HD my guy?
man I really miss when every player didn't rock the knee wrap/leggings combo
Should've made the '04 team as a rookie
When it was actual fouls in the All Star game
that illuminai sign tho. he had sold his soul in return for such an amazing career.
bro yall young kids are stupid its a thing j hus and ye use to do
bro yall young kids are stupid its a thing j hus and ye use to do
Naw you stupid signs are real you better do some research

Wait!! LeBron James is a guard?!
wow his first appearance and he is in top 5
Who would have loved to see Bubba Chuck play with Bron. That would have been incredible.
His shot was soo different
The king is just good
How do people say Lebron played in a soft era?
I have a feeling this guy will win 4 MVPs and 4 championships
It is not for nothing that Lebron James is the top scorer of the all-star game and other records.👑🐐
Iverson wit that tough lay
Lebron can do what he wants but he thinks the best option to score by making a beautiful pass. Fans big applause..👏
this was nba at its greatest now it's WWE
Illuminati confirm
What is the triangle hand sign of Lebron when they introduced him?
Am I the only one to notice his travel on the dunk replay
The fact that he said guard us wild
What's the meaning of that hand sign in the beginning? Is it illuminati? Or some shit?
Rainiel Cruz roc nation logo
I also read it is for A for Akron, which also makes sense. I am researching...
Yall peep the hand symbols 👀
Illuminati confirmed
Yh man not bron aswell 🤦🏽♂️
So we just gone ignore James came out and threw up the pyramid..
Who caught the Triangle he threw up at the beginning
That headband right above them brows
you see why lebron always passed up slam dunk competition....his only dunk he does is he slams it hard with his right arm....that's the only dunk he ever does....every time
he does windmill and also does reverse pump but those his only 3. but he gets high with em so eff it
The fact that he was listed as a 2 guard still shocks me
Wow. It’s crazy that only 4 of these guys are still playing (lebron, Vince, Dirk, and Wade) and even crazier that Lebron is still a superstar 14 years later
Now its just lebron and vince
@@jaybrick8973 now its just Lebron
2:43 TRAVEL!!!
It seem this shit started a lot earlier than now
Lebron should've started the year prior.
Now Lebron runs the Allstar game unreal. LeGM
Steve Kerr wtf he hasn't aged much the same like this year
Super king lebron
and that kid on thumbnail is now playing at Denver Nuggets what a Joke! 😅😅😅 LOL!
how he bout to be in Year 21 or 22 I lost count, that other guy quit 3-4 times between 15 seasons
3.16 is he travel or not?
+Tigana Satria nope.
+Ágoston Berkó its a travel
2 step after ball-pick-up is obviously not a travel...
travel
+Ágoston Berkó yea, only problem is he stepped 3 times.. travel
The young cub...
was never able to pull off 360 dunk in game
the 3rd quarter score was the half time score of last years game lol
He should have stayed this lean his entire career
That boi was playing shooting guard lol
Curry is like mayweather running like a chicken
those jerseys were so ass!
bro imagine allen iverson and lebron james on the same team...
I wonder where he is now
And he hasn't missed an all star game yet
nigga came out flashing illuminati signs😂😂
damn this guy has potential. wonder where he is now?
He had a career ending injury
lebron's dunk is travelling. He is doing 3 steps, see 3.13 - 3.16. lol
to bad 3 steps isn't a travel in the nba
+Zachary Williams ...you must not know that 3 steps is a travel at any level.
+mrx5566 not in the nba apparently.
I'm pretty sure a gather step is a thing in the nba
+mrx5566 you get a gather step and usually get 2 steps 2 + 1 = 3 steps
