IF you already opened the 2nd & 3rd Branch of KLM's Path 3 Linkbkard, 100% is already enough cu'z he has +30% Par Resist bonus in there. And since he's a Meta Defender also, like above with Sfv, add Confuse Resist or Use Exam Vest.😊
