    I have a question how pressure reduces in capillaries and arteries

    • @HaqqIsTheWay155
      @HaqqIsTheWay155 3 года назад +19

      Well, firstly arteries don't reduce their pressure they always have high pressure secondly capillaries have lower pressures and how they reduce the pressure is when the blood splits into different capillaries the blood pressure reduces. Think of it like this you have water flowing down a tube at the end of the tube the water would come off quite fast but now imagine that tube splits into smaller tubes and they end in the small place what would happen is water still comes but less water comes and it comes slower this is the same with capillaries they split up into smaller ones causing the blood pressure to decrease and slow down.

    • @abortive1581
      @abortive1581 11 месяцев назад

      Arteries carry blood that's just been pumped by the heart around the body this means that that the blood is at high speed and high pressure however as the blood travels around the body it looses momentum and slows down

    Blood vessels are 3 types. These vessels are filled with blood but works individually. Artery, Veins, Capillaries are those blood vessels. Arteries carries oxygenated blood and is red in color. It's thinner than veins. Veins are the blood vessels with wider boundaries, carries deoxygenated blood which is blue in color. Capillaries are the thin tubes also called vessels. It's the thinner wall among the blood vessels that even the food molecules and gas exchanges also take places.

    • @lostmindell
      @lostmindell 2 года назад

      Blood is not blue in color. The blood drawn from vein for blood test is red and it is from your vein. The blue color of vein is to do with iron in blood and quantum physics.

    wait but why vessels are thick?

    • @m0o0mm
      @m0o0mm 2 года назад +1

      arteries are thick because the blood trasnported by it flows at high pressure. Hence,it is thick so that it can withstand it if not they will be damaged. VEins are not thick
