Wow! On the banks of famous river Ob! I still remember from high school the 3 great arctic rivers of Russia, Ob, Yensei and Lena. You will cross all 3 of them. Here Ob (rightly or wrongly we pronounced a "Obee") is very narrow but near the arctic it as wide as inland sea.

Abrar , I am from the region,about hotel problem let me tell you that foreigners are not allowed to stay in any hotels so you have to check with the hotels,that’s why they say that they are full,actually they are not allowed to give you room,and that problem you will face allover china and mangolia too
