I always DIY cat litter boxes.
Looks big enough and comfortable.
I use a good sized 5 “ tall clear storage container for my cat he’s sooo long! Then you don’t have to use a heat gun to cut out area. But I also put long carpet samples on either side of it because he cleans his paws until the cows come home! Carpet with short knap like Berber carpet.
Would it be better to sand down the sides where you cut with the box cutter to prevent injury to the cats? This is a really good idea. If I did this I would be sure to get a sturdy box.

90 quarts is what The Ladies use! For 5 cats and they have 7 boxes lol
