Watching this after the 2019 series. Seriously this year's guys were absolute troopers. They gave everything a go just for each other. The other solution is to be completely zen and nonplussed about it and, similarly, people will quickly get bored and start voting for someone else.

When I saw this, I had a pretty strong Feeling that the Producers slipped in a very easy, unscary (non-claustrophib, no heights, no darkness etc.) in just for the very likely case that it would be Helen again, and Ant and Dec were really giving their best to sell it as simple as possible.
