Hi hon I love 😊your channel and Ruby is adorable. I was a veterinary assistant when I was younger. I have noticed that Ruby is shaking her head a lot. That is a sign of ear mites and she is shaking her head because they are itching. Please take a cotton ball put a drop of coconut oil and gently pull the ear out and take the cottonball and wipe inside her ear. If the cotton ball comes out with black dirt on it, it's definitely dirty, but look closely if you see anything moving it's mites. Dogs with floppy ears are more prone to getting ear mites and just dirty ears in general. Have a wonderful Blessed trip,

Hi Rowan and beautiful Ruby ♥️……when you drop her off our beautiful Ruby …..leave her with a sweat shirt or t~shirt that was worn with your scent so she can sleep with it while your gone ♥️ for your Honda pilot purchase a gas ⛽️ cap with a key 🔑 and store the other original cap for smog tests so no one can steal your gas …..I really love 🫶 your creativity when it comes to your vehicles 🚗 well done ❣️

You do know, Rowan, Ruby may have an ear infection. Smell them because there is a distinct odour. Long eared dogs are prone to ear infection. Also, I used an ear solution, from the Vet called, Epiotic. A good squirt in, massage the ear, in a circular motion then clean with a cotton ball. The dog will shake their ears a couple of times and that helps dislodge any wax buildup, as a maintenance treatment. I had Dachshunds with long ears, like a Bassett. If you don't address it, she can tare her ear. Enjoy your vacation.
