I'm so glad I found this video-we are doing TGTB and my kiddos are 2nd/k-1st and my kids do/say some of the exact same things...this is our first year, so this gave me hope. Still trying to figure out wrangling the 4 year old during class lol…he doesn't care about his stuff and loves the older kids math boxes lol. Thanks for sharing, I'm walking away with some things to try.

I see that you allow your kids to do school and eat snacks and wiggle around in seats. I always struggle with this because I feel like it distracts my child when we are learning. Can you tell me your experience and how do you keep the kids focusing? I love your videos !

You can start off with all of them one lesson a day or alternate days. The good and the beautiful has the curriculum for free in a pdf version that you can use or review before purchasing.
Hey! I just found your channel and we have a four year old daughter and 10 month old twins. We will be homeschooling our daughter starting this year. I would love to know any tips that you could give regarding doing this with young twins! I often get nervous about if I can give my daughter what she needs while also tending to the twins! Great question! So I am very blessed to have my parents and in laws all within a mile of us. We took a week off school once the twins were born, then my mom, who homeschooled me helped get my girls into a gradual routine. She would come over 3 days a week and do short lessons with my girls until I was ready to jump back in myself. After about 4 weeks we started to have more of a normal routine.
