I dealt with this on my TJ with full doors. It was a pain dealing with the window and tight spaces, but it’s really a super easy fix just takes some time! I wish I had my half doors. Great video!

Yeah, I bet full doors are a more tight situation. The half doors aren't too bad to work on unless you are working on the door latch side. Then the space gets tight also. Thanks for watching!

These videos are great, Steve. I would never have known how to fix TDSR’s tailgate latch if you hadn’t shown something similar on JJ. Seems like Red’s been giving you a bunch of issues lately, though.

Thanks Ed. Lil Red has had any problems except for these latest videos. JJ on the other hand is a constant work in progress. JJ left me sitting stranded yesterday. Fuel pump stopped working. I banged on the tank and got it going so I could get home. I am replacing the whole sending unit this time. Thanks for watching!

@@ForceBuilt Oof! Fuel pump is one thing I really dreaded on TDSR with all that skid plate rust. Super glad it held out for me. Just Empty Every Pocket… (though it turns out “2000 Subaru” stands for the same thing 🫤)
