Love this, I was taught to start the pilot hole then run the drill in reverse to cut a thin layer of the hole off the back that way no blow outs but I like your method better no messing around with drill direction👌

@@Michigan1 there were no cabinets at the right end so he would have had room to put into place and trace out the cut. Also when I install cabinets I place my measurements on the wall with drawings with allow exact measurements of my layout.

3 1/2 plus 1/16... usually you measure in quarters and eights but for sixteenths they usually say strong or plus... so instead of saying 3 and 9/16 they say 3 1/2 plus
Pull those plugs out through to the cabinet face before pushing the box in place. Nothing more irritating as an electrician than having to dig them out after cabinet and drywall.
Self made contractor is always obvious, does all handyman that puts 2 gfi’s when you only need one to protect the others .installing 2 in the same box is a huge waste of money
@@hyperhomes4154 buuut just a little knowledge for you , where I live nothing can be fed from that gfi other than the bathroom , anything outside of the bathroom must be on a separate circuit, if you have good eyes this bathroom would have not need more than 1 dedicated circuit . It’s a half bath at most not a kitchen
