I just ordered the Recon Force Elite HP5, I hope it's as solid as the Advantage. I purchased a few of the Recon Force Edges from you guys, and they were just junk so I've been hesitant to buy a new Browning model. I would love to see a side by side comparison of how these perform compared to the 2018 Advantage. The Advantage has been well known as one of the best. I can't wait to put the Recon Force Elite HP5 through the ringer here in Maine. If it does well over time, I'll be buying quite a few more from TCP as you guys have been awesome.

Patriot, Spec Ops Advantage, Recon Force Advantage.
So far Recon Force Advantage is the best.
Hope the new trail cam from browning can beat Recon Force Advantage..

I bought a Browning TC, It stops taking night pics or video when the batteries get down to 65%, doesn't matter whether Lithium or alkaline. I contacted Browning and they told me they recommend replacing the batteries at 60%. That gets expensive when I have 140 pics or 60 videos EVERY DAY. They do have the best optics and trigger speed though.
That’s ridiculous. I would call Browning back and push it with them. It’s not supposed to work like that and the u it is defective.
Why did you have to cut so early in the video when it was Brad's turn to talk?
Brad talks to much if you really get him going. However, I hear that Nick likes to cut him off and mess with him while he is trying to talk so he just doesn't even feel like it's worth it.

I bought a defender pro scout last year and the pictures turned out great wanted to get another camera for this year just was curious if the pro scout max was better or not thanks
The Max has been good so far. We have seen a few issues with poor connection which we were worried about since it has an internal antenna. We have sold a lot of them though and if you get good signal it shouldn't be a problem.
How are their New 2022 cell cameras ?

I video quality same for day on spec ops hp5 and recon elite hp5? The website says recon can do 60fps w 1920x1080 but the spec ops doesn't specify this. And ur "add to compare" isnt available on mobile or i dont see it
I just got the Defender Pro Scout Max. After calling tech support 6 times over the first 3 days, I have had it running for a week. I was unable to create an account through the app, on my phone's web browser, or on my computer. So I had to have tech support create my account. Even though it has a cellular connection, it does not allow you to see a live view over cellular or not even over WiFi direct (WiFi and WiFi direct is unsupported). So you have to guess the shot framing, waste pictures, move it, waste more pics... Then the cellular signal strength monitor always shows N/A on the app, even though it says full strength on the camera's screen. (Annoying) When you change settings through the app, it doesn't apply to the camera until the camera syncs with the phone. So you have to wait until one of the 4 predetermined sync times, or one of the max of 8 user determined sync times comes up. For some reason, it won't sync settings changes until those times. Like it takes a huge amount of data to accomplish that. LOL. Oh yeah, also, after you setup the camera and pay for the subscription, you have to wait until the next day to use the camera. So don't expect to buy it and use it right away. LOL. App is trash, and it's missing several features found on other $140 cameras. It's alright, but there are so many shortcomings. If they ironed out the app, and allowed a live view, it would be an awesome camera. Look at the apps for all the different trail camera companies, and see which one sucks the least (hint: they all suck), and buy that camera. It's like buying a tractor. You buy the tractor that has a dealer nearby, or if there are several dealers nearby, you buy the tractor that has the best dealer nearby. Their service center was great though. I want talking to Sameer in Bangladesh. Trying to decipher what he's saying. It was people in the US that handled my tech support issues, they handled it promptly, and they handled it thoroughly. Very good tech support from Browning.
I have 3 browning cam..
Recon force advantage, patriot & spec ops advantage.
Spec ops advantage the distance detection too near.
Patriot distance distance is good, can detect far distance.
Angle field of view also wide.
Battery life also the best.
Unfortunately the image also become small due to wide lens.
For me, its suitable for short distance footage.
1 more i dont like about Patriot, the image colour (too much yellow & dark).
Recon Force Advantage is the best.
Perfect from every side.
Footage also crystal clear.
Unfortunately was discontinue.
Now i'm looking new camera (not sure which model i want to purchase).
Hope the new trail cam from browning is better than all previous models..
