    Negotiation is supposed to follow a set of (largely unstated) rules. But some people don't play by the rules. They think that being unpleasant will give them an advantage. I don't think it will. But you will need to know how to deal with it. At some time, it's almost inevitable, you'll encounter bad behavior.
