The Galvantula in Chargestone Cave are perfectly fine. They get their energy from the stones. On a hilarious note, Electrode would be the perfect Pokemon for Uncle Fester from the Addams Family. They have similar interests and Fester can just buy a bunch of Revives instead of dynamite.
If I were to make a list of electric Pokemon good to evil, I would put Luxray as the gold medal of good because of ‘that scene’ from the I choose you movie

in the movie it was also mentioned that if the balance is not disturbed then three legendary birds would not make destruction. defenitly think its a good placement, its not directly evil like some legendary and cant be called bad so good placement :)
