Tina……knives can be bought anywhere if someone is determined to get one! I remember as a tomboy I had a substantial knife, given by my parents but didn’t make me use it incorrectly! Do not take nasty comments to heart…..easier said than done I know! Your hair always looks lovely no matter what you use. I have short layered hair and cannot use straighteners but use curling tongs which seem to have gone completely out of fashion! But they work for me. Your garden is a lovely relaxing space with some lovely colour. Such a good time of the year. I am looking out at my mock orange just as you talk about it. My grandchildren used to call it the bubble gum tree. Obviously they detected a different smell to me. Wierdos! Xx Liz

Hi Tina your garden plants are so much further on than mine in Leeds my hydrangeas are just green buds whereas yours are full blooms. Our roses are particularly nice this year and most of the shrubs have been growing like triffids with the rain and the warmer weather. I also find it difficult to use straighteners and the other hot brush you showed would be too big and cumbersome for me I don’t seem to have the dexterity for these things.😊

Loving the flowers. I planted three hydrangeas this year. Almost lost one with a unexpected frost in early spring but it came back. I have to baby them right now because our ground is so rocky.
They are quite hardy though. I lost a small one last year

I always give them sugar water and it usually revives them I’ve never tried honey but I’m sure it does the same I hope it survived. I loved seeing a GRWM video and seeing all the products you use. You look lovely. I was laughing when you said about watching QVC at night and getting roped into buying ultra sun. I’ve done that so many times 🙈 they are so good at selling to us aren’t they 😂. Your garden is lovely - I recently retired and have started to try and sort out my garden. It is hard work - especially as I don’t really know what I am doing!

Your garden is looking lovely very large but full of colour & interest Tina ..I love gardening but sadly unable to do much bending down so we got rid of the grass last year now we have pots of colour & window boxes & hanging baskets which are lovely ... I can sympathise with you about the shoulder as I had one a few years ago. I used a heat pad on my shoulder and by the time my appointment came from the hospital for my injection the frozen shoulder was no more. I wish you the best for your injection..
