Have the specs of the phono stage been improved? Specifically the MC section? Is the phono section the same specs as that on the P-5? Lastly, I have a stand alone Reference Marantz SACD player; can I run it into the X-5 to utilize the new DACS? If so how? BTW I own the Pro-ject RPM 10 Carbon with Sumiko Blackbird HO. Thank you in advance. Lastly there no Michi dealer near Madison to audition, any ideas?

Love the new X3!
Do the improved parts improve the quality of the sound? What was the point? Would be nice to have an HDMI input.
that is the main question, I think the AKM were not available and they make the marketing hipe about changing parts.
Apparently no one at my local audio business can hear a difference between series one and series two.
=) Fun room! Loved those speakers.
What make and model are your stereo rack?...
The price increase is below the rate of inflation over the last three years. Improved parts built in is a real plus!
Excellent products for creating great spine injury.... :( What is with audio companies still thinking that weight matters :(
I guess they have to do Series 3 because there is now a new Sabre ESS 9038 chip. lol
Products like this should not have built in dacs to begin with.
Made in China ???🤑
Hence the price pet watt
just play music no more describing
pointless
