X Wymvr well said brotha it takes skills and courage to play this sport, it seems boring and like old rejects play but in reality you’re playing on a little league infield and getting a 100-130 mph softball coming towards you in a blink of an eye. Enough said all these hitters don’t just play long ball they are high ranked players for a reason, they know where and when to place the ball. As for pitchers... they gotta have the best reaction once the pitch is throw because any high ranked batter can easily place the ball to go right back to the pitcher. For all you haters out there, I respectfully ask you to go out on the softball field and play a couple games and will guarantee that you’ll think twice of this sport being boring.😴😴😴

Mr. J I’ve gotten 2 surgeries from it. It’s just as dangerous as baseball if not even more . The fields are smaller and the ball off the bat is way harder cuz it’s composite not wood so it has a trampoline effect
When your bats get compression tested they put all the ones that passed from your team in a trash can and you don't get it back until your team wins or is eliminated from the tournament.
Kamerin Martinez it depends on the class they play in . There are lots of rules per class like D class might have 1 hr per team and anything after that is an automatic out
I've never seen a sport that was so watered down, yet taken so seriously by grown men. The pitcher is wearing full catcher's gear lol It's just grown up teeball for guys who played baseball in middle school.

For the record, I've played softball. I never got into it because of all the Mark McGuire wanna be's. It's hilarious because major league pitchers get hit in the face all the time and they aren't dressed like idiots on the mound.
these guys are big strong hitters who are very slow with a third-rate defensive skills. anyone that big should be able to hit the ball that hard. they have a one-dimensional game. they do not know how to play small ball. they can only hit deep period. I know they would beat the brakes off of our little softball team. LOL

Look for a competitive team in you area ask if you could play and if they like you you could play more :)
