She has a digestive disorder. So unlike most people, she has a very difficult time digesting, fresh fruits and vegetables. They usually end up making her sick. That’s why she eats the way that she does. Watch her other videos, she explains more about her paralyzed digestive track.

Great haul. I think I have more food allergies than you lol. Yes, it's possible! I can not touch potato, coconut or avocado. I can have a little of it before it starts bothering me. No I usually get them at Target or Walmart because they’re much cheaper there!
I keep snacks in the car too like protein bars also. But how can you handle pickled hot pepper with your digestive issues? It will notoriously enflame things, esp the esophagus. Asparagus, and particularly asparagus tips are very gentle to the system. Looks like a very, very tasty food haul. Enjoy

It looks like you made a great grocery haul. I wish we had Sprouts up here in North Georgia. My favorite groceries around here are Publix & Trader Joe’s! I thought we would never get a Trader Joe’s around here. I was always writing them online asking for one in the Chattanooga area. It’s further from me than I would like to drive but at least it’s not all the way to the Atlanta area like it was before. I understand how you can get so addicted to a certain food item. At the moment I am totally addicted to the Crunchmaster Avocado “Ultimate Everything” crackers that I love dipping into Cedar’s “Hot Honey” hummus. Oh my goodness, that combination is to die for. I can’t begin to tell you how many bags of those crackers & pkg’s of hummus that I have went through. I like them so much that I will even eat them for breakfast, when I have broken one of my 24 hour fasts. It seems that’s all I can think about when I am fasting! I have eaten so many that I know I am going to end up foundering myself on them & probably won’t want anymore for months!
Please say you double-checked the ingredients on the "new & improved" cheese. I learned the hard way new & improved also means new ingredients that I'm allergic to.
In Texas, when shopping during the summer, I keep an ice chest in the car for the perishables. Yes, I have to buy ice, but I know it keeps my food safer this way.
If you're using hand sanitizer or any product with gluten on your skin, it absorbs it, and it can make you sick.
Maybe that's what's happening when you have eaten all of your normal for you foods and still get sick. I know it has happen to me.

Because of you I tried the Owyn protein shakes and love them. It was so hard trying to find an allergy friendly protein shake that I liked. My favorite is the dark chocolate. I've tried the vanilla, cookie & cream, chocolate carmel sea salt, and the one that's supposed to be like a chocolate peanut butter cup without the peanuts.

Oreo cookies are bioengineered. U can look into why it is GMO . Boulder chips are my favorite. I can’t eat alot of vegetables either. How is your job search doing ?

@@katiecarney omg you def would!! Def try it! Just eyeball salt, pepper, mayo, and a little mustard. Put a slice of dill pickle on the sandwich or on the side. You’ll love it!
Honestly I pray we all get closer to the Lord Jesus Christ in these dark last days what is coming could be so much harder than not having your favorite brand of cheese. Look at the world love, things are falling apart because the world wants everything, everyone wants everything they want and think they need. God is calling his people out of Babylon so we're not shaken when he starts shaking things up more. Don't be deceived, don't be scared be prepared. Only way to do that is to stick to the ALMIGHTY Father in the Lord Jesus Christ. The bible says anyone who loves the world cannot really love God. We are called to endure, not rest on the comfort of a fallen world. All the prophecies are happening in real time, nothing else has to happen before he returns. I pray we're all found doing our Fathers business and not found wanting. Everything I have ever written to you is for me too, as a warning in love with as much compassion as I can have because I can relate to you on so many levels. I love you sister keep shining but seriously we have to reevaluate our focus, wants and desires. Also the music on your videos is very depressing and I pray God leads you to music that draws you closer to him not closer to the world. It literally causes depression and anxiety. Music is the most influential thing in life and the devil knows it. Praying for you all ways always. I pray you receive this with grace and love as it is intended to strengthen your spirit and heart and lead you closer to our Father in heaven as he's waiting for his children to live fully in his will.
