June has always been one of my favorite months. Long anticipated arrival of summer! "June Is Bustin' Out All Over"... the smells of summer are already in the air! 🌞🦋🌺 Delightful song... Wonderful dancing. 💃 Happy Friday... Happy Father's Day weekend! 💙 💜 ❤️
An amazing voice that is perhaps not well enough supported by a somewhat out-of-sync dance group, in any case, the effort to try to put together a number in the style of the great Rodgers & Hammerstein musical from which the song is taken must be praised...
The song is very good, but there is something about this studio set that bothers me. The plant-like pillar in the center seemed to get in the way of the dancers' dancing. Why did you decide to make the set like this, because the formation is not good, and there are dancers who cannot be seen because of the pillars?

Little did we know that the fifties would be the end of America, as we had been since the turn of the century.
What a production!
A talented and thoroughly professional actress and singer. For those who have never heard of her, I suggest the movie, "All About Eve".
That's a great film! I never knew that she sang as well until this video.
Love Celeste!!!!
Celeste Holm was the original Ado Annie in the 1943 Oklahoma Broadway cast with Alfred Drake and Joan Roberts. She was a mezzo soprano

Makes me think that Leslie Uggams’ improvised lyrics were not so far off!

Flabby arms, for someone so young. She should've worked on correcting her posture - so important for a singer. Never heard of her before.
Unless one was a muscle builder, back then flabby arms didn't mean much. But I agree that great posture is needed for proper breathing in singing.
She was an Academy Award winning actress.
