I enjoyed the fireworks but Tool burnt off at start already, minus 30 min in lifetime. Better of starting U drill for pre drill. 1.2312 is a soft tool steel, no point of using solid carbide. Use high feed tip cutter instead.

Put some air on that pocket. The amount of chip recutting at the beginning is gotta be hard on the tool
