      I called Standard Iron, they are paying $2.85 a lb.

    I sank a 10' flatbottom with a 4 hp. so be careful.

      I looked at the weight rating on a 10-footer, think it was less then 400 pounds, that would be me, a set of ores, and a fishing pole, small tackle box. maybe a small cooler that would hold 4 bottles of water. that is why I went with a 12 foot. still light to load into the back of truck. and will hold about 100 lbs. more than the 10'

    I took 468 pounds of cans yesterday and only got 186 for them. Yeah I know it's not the same. But I remember not long ago I was getting. .45-.55 a pound

      yeah, I don't know what happened with the price of cans, looks like the can heydays are over, I can remember a time the price here was up to .60 a pound. and they had little building in parking lots to put your cans into and it would pay you,
