on my toto S350e, the pull tab to left of toilet seat is is the 'water drain lever'. i only need to press the button to right of toilet seat to release the main unit from its base.
Hi There: I have the TOTO e550s model and I do not believe there is a carbon replacement filter. There is the plastic filter shown in my video that can be removed, washed and then reinstalled. My unit states it has a “built-in air deodorizer,” but I do not believe it has a replaceable filter for the deodorizer. I hope this helps. Thank you for your question.
