I tried my 4th concert that was sold out to see maybe there were no-shows and some other people had the same idea but the man at the door asked why we were there and said forget it you can't get in, so that was disappointing. But yeah I feel lucky that I have seen them!
John Davis very very difficult to name 3 favourites, there are a few ties here that I absolutely would miss and I MUST hear at a concert or I'd be very disappointed! My favourite favourite is In Reverse; my next songs are tied - Eyes To the Wind, In Chains, Pain, followed by another tie - You Don't Have to Go (so beautiful yet difficult to listen to without crying for my elderly dad who has dementia and mom taking care of him), Thinking of a Place, and Nothing to Find. I cannot narrow the above down to 3 faves, I LOVE THEM ALL! (and there are even MORE! Like Red Eyes, and Under the Pressure.)

I love those CDs too! Very much. You didn't mention any songs from Slave Ambient or older. What is it about the newer songs that makes them so good but the older songs didn't have? Have you heard the snippets from their next album yet? It sounds like the songs I heard are just as great as A Deeper Understanding and Lost in the Dream. Very sorry to hear about your dad. This whole getting older thing is not as good as it should be.
