Scientists who checked the yams in Usain Bolt.s backyard, said those yams do have a substance that causes an effect similar to steroids. Scientists went there after Usain.s dad declared his speed was due to the yams planted outside that he grew up eating. One Jamaican got angry when I wrote this. I guess they wanted a hint of grandoise to the reason. I am convinced I have at least a semblance of truth.

It has graced so many many great Olympians including the great Herb McKinley, Usain Bolt and Shelly Ann Fraser and others who went on to do great things and solidify a place in the world of Sports.
