America parent do not check their children's room. According to them, the children need their privacy. Not in my house. You get privacy when you are in your own home.
A few months ago I went from New York to New Jersey to see my daughter and granddaughters. I noticed my 15 yr old granddaughter had a poster that looked paganistic to me from one of those eastern countries. It's like a moon within a moon - cant remember the picture now. I wanted to tear it down, but the time was not right.
A few weeks later, my daughter had to travel and left the 15yr old with me. I had to take her back home because the mother was coming home later that night.
The child was in the kitchen making chicken Alfredo, and I went upstairs in her room tore down the poster, and later I left with it. She noticed it was gone and called me the next dayto ask about it.. I told her I took it. She was so upset. I told her the dangers of having such strange spirits in her room. My daughter agreed with what I told the child. I am the priest of my family, and I refuse to allow any demonic influences near my family. I have to know whats in my house. You cant really trust your children when they start school and make new friends. Bad influences are found in church and the workplace too. Lovely clip. Thanks for that one.
A Jamaican preacher who is my favorite by the way, says, there are not locks on his children's doors because he wants to have access to their rooms 24-7. He said, the devil can influence even preachers children. I agree with him.
For argument sake, you are sleeping and having a bad dream about your children being hurt or about to get hurt, and you jump up to go pray for them in their rooms, it must be easy to access. The doors should not be locked. This is a family.

When I was young and in primary school. My friend at school gave me a nice watch. When my mum saw it, she reprimanded me and had to go with me to school the next day in order to see my teacher. When my teacher heard of my explanation, she called my friend to interrogate him over were he took the watch from. Later on, it was discovered that he stole it from someone elderly at his place. From that time, I feared to receive gifts from my friends, and that helped me to grow responsibly. Indeed, parents must be concerned about their children, especially anything strange that they seem to possess.

When i was trusted by God with my four children i promised him that if he taught me how to raise them,i would. My husband family and some of my own thought that i was too strict, but i kept on not only teaching them eith my mouth but also living my life as an example to what i taught them. As my cousin often tells me that it worked. Even though she didn't understand what i was doing either.i thank God that i took time to raise them in the way that they should go. The mom in this video did a i job as well as the man that held the young girl accountable. I enjoyed this video. Keep up the good work.

Memories..... You see that centre table. Lay her down, just 50 strokes and more. That's how I was delivered at that age too. Till date, I'm 26, I'm still looking for that uncle to appreciate him. No matter the flashy things down to #20, I only admire, but never moved to think of stealing. Simple, it is not my own. If I can't ask, I will walk and pass. Even with men's flashy bounties in school or some friend's own.
That bible is correct, flog a child, she will not die. My uncle bought one balm to massage my back stripes of cane and drugs to calm my temperature. I slept over and over again. I'm still grateful to Mr. Paul

My mother used to monitor my things growing up and it irked me. Now that I am in Christ, this video makes me understand the need for all of that. I'm the eldest and unintentionally there is the responsibility of being a mother to my siblings passed on to me. I don't trust my sister with her phone, my brother also. Not because I want to be paranoid but I have seen things on their phones that are not meant to be there. My sister for example is reading books about gay boys and my brother.. that is another matter. They are both teenagers and I really don't know how to approach the whole issue.

    • @cupcakedreams9427
      @cupcakedreams9427 Год назад +3

      My opinion is
      1. Be the example. Stealing is stealing even in the most innocent ways.
      2. Check on your child. Their room, their bags
Don't go and harrass them if you find things but
      3. Make sure you confront it.
I don't quite believe in hitting your child like they're a goat and a devil.
Remember, this child is not your enemy. You're trying to help his or her life. Right?
      How to confront
Collect the property and ask about it.
Some won't say anything, some would deny it and lie, follow up on their lie. Like in this drama, she should have called her friends mother right in front of her.
You set the pace for your child. It starts from little things. If you let things just slide, they will know that it is safe to continue. Your reaction is important. Children are smart, dont just brush things away. For example, someone shared a story of when they were young, they always saw their mother chewing gum and always wanted to try it. They asked and were only given very occasionally. One day, they saw the packet and thought to take some thinking "my mother takes so many in a day, she won't notice" her mother noticed, i dont know how and she asked "who gave you the permission to take that? Is it yours? That is stealing"
She said, if her mother didnt notice that time, she would have continued to take when she felt it would be safe. She might have graduated into a thief outside home eventually.
You either train your child or make them a smoother criminal.
Tell them that you're intention is not to condemn or corner them, this is a wrong thing they are doing and this is a time of correction and repentance. Simple.
Tell them why it is wrong and put them into the shoes of the one who has had their property stolen.
      Ask why they stole.
      Re-assert tbat it is wrong.
Tell them to return the property.
      Follow up on that.
Then finally, I hope you are praying for your child. You can do your part and try your best. But keep in mind that when you pray, God hears and he will not allow what you have committed into his hands to fail, after all. He was the one who gave you the child. It is by his grace too. Dont forget.

    • @judithnlemedim8758
      @judithnlemedim8758 Год назад

Be the example. Don't tell lies, even white lies. From this, they'll know that a lie is a lie.
Stealing and lying go hand in hand so if you get the child to stop lying, half of the work is done.
Disapprove of any form of stealing. Even the "fapping" that children engage in.
Teach with love to be satisfied with whatever he has and to look away from other people's properties.
Do routine tests like placing items the child like in conspicuous places to see if he would touch it. Continue engaging with true stories on the virtues of honesty.
Pray with and for your child, teaching the bible in piecemeal from cover to cover .
It's a long process but you'll get there. You'll have to be the best example by making a very concious efforts to mirror the level of integrity you want the child to emulate .
      God bless you 🙏🙏🙏
