I think ammo stores should track how much ammo of each caliber is used in their area from each year or every 6 months and have a better idea of how much the area is using and try to keep that much or more for each area!
What's the BC of the CX .338 240gr? The CX is my absolute favorite bullet. I'm been waiting forever for you guys to make a high BC CX for the .338 and the .375. It will be amazing if the 240gr CX have the G7 in the 320 ballpark

Area dependent. It's always in stock at my Cabelas. Debating buying a 6arc barrel because it's always sitting on the shelves by me. I'd strongly suggest going to your retailer and asking for it specifically. Then special order multiple boxes of it. If that doesn't work, then it's your Fudd ass gunshops problem.
why wasnt this done in a podcast studio? they could talk to eachother more naturally. Alternatively Hornady could just make flashy news-entertainment commercials about these releases, which would also be dope.
With a reloading books they show the exact dimensions. 338 Win Mag exact same bullet diameter .338, maximum COL 3.340”. IMR 4831 and RL-19 performs the best, with multiple other options all working. In the book also shows 250gr bthp and interlock bullets working well

I don't own a 300blk, but just grabbed some of the Hornady sub-sonic bullets used for that cartridge, and plan on making some 308 sub-sonic rounds. But, then there is the question: Why a 308 175gr Sub-X bullet and not a 10mm 180gr XTP at 1060 fps? Mass and speed are about equal.... Having choices is a good thing.

I know Hornady fans are all about that 2000yd shooting they totally do every week, just ask them (I totally believe all of them too! No one would lie on the internet!) But for us mere mortals a 300yd .338 elk/moose/bear hammer is a breath of fresh air, especially if it means not having to contend with .338winmag recoil (and that's the baby of current factory .338in rifle rounds) and $120/box price tag (since primers are once again unobtainium)
@@veteranironoutdoors8320 8.6 will become a niche round because it has very niche uses. 300blk is extraordinarily versatile with supers that are similar to performance to 7.62x39 and subs that are very very quiet and effective within 100 yards, all in one gun. Probably one of the most versatile rounds on the market. Oh and it can all be done in a smaller lighter rifle because you don't need a long barrel to do it.
Don’t kill the 6 arc. It is a great all a rounder. Let the 22 be the king of varmint and small game and performance. But allow us folk that have invested soo much on the 6 arc to not become obsolete. Please. Just one superformance 103. Legs go champs!

Few people are that cool, lol. Big bore revolver and rifle rounds have really been getting neglected since 2020. Millions went out and bought their first .44mag/.357mag, 45-70, 444/450M lever gun since 2019/20 and the ammo has never really returned. When it does it's 2-3x more expensive than it was in late 2019... If it isn't a 1500yd target round people can use to take their deer at 80yd (lol) the industry doesn't cater to it anymore.

First half of your ammo won’t cycle through my four 30-06 guns rifles and 2 of them are almost new rifles and now you won’t make ammo because of the competition may benefit from it!
Hornady custom😂 ha ha ha ha, in 357 mag and 44 mag those are not custom loads by any means, for a custom load I would think the velocity would be higher through shorter barrels like 4-5 inch barrels and the bullet weight would not be a typical bullet weight either to make it "custom".
Will any of it ever be in stock? It is getting old and tiresome hearing about all the new stuff when the shelf’s are bare. Hornady no longer holds the number one ammo spot for me thanks to the lack of availability. The upside is I now have found other bullets and ammo that is as good or better than Hornady.

Your red tip LEVERevolution ammo frags apart sending little shards of copper pedals all throughout the meat..... the issue is the little grooves cut out where the copper meets the red tip. NOT IMPRESSED especially coming from Hornady
That stuff is GARBAGE!!! under 150 yards in my 444 Marlin it will explode every damn time, I've had to shoot a deer three friggin times 2 in the shoulder at 75 yards and then after chasing the deer 100 yards on foot because it got up again and fell into some think brush I put the last one in the base of the neck..... Both shots too the thin bone of the shoulder blade never penetrated past it, but I had copper jacket 5" around both entrance holes starting at the hair line and the lead core must of either not been in there or it just vaporized it's self on impact. But past 150 the projectile slows down enough to not explode but the lead core still separates and causes an absolute mess on the opposite side on the entrance.
for Full House loads of 10mm, 180 gr going at least 1250 fpd, please put that in your line up.

Yes. To switch a 5.56 AR to 22 ARC requires a barrel, 6.5 Grendel bolt face and magazine.
Keep an eye out for the New 6MAXX.
