An sda recently gave me a lot of cult literature. I asked them why and if I could throw it away as I only believe in the scriptures as God's word and biblical prophets. And asked why they never shared the gospel, they thought by giving me these books they had shared the gospel. Why give it to a born again Christian. He was very quiet towards the unsaved and told me not to preach to the unsaved. Very weird. I appreciate this channel I only had access to Walter Martins book. Kingdom of the cults he seemed to think they were a denomination .thank fully I got Internet access again and found this channel.They are very deceptive.On the serface they agree with a lot of orthodox theology but when you get to know them they don't actually agree with the scriptures

If I could see just 1bit of truth in the Bible that Ellen teaches or a prophecy that had come true, I might have considered staying. I don't think there are many Adventists who know the writings of Ellen White as Mayel does! At the same time, he is up to date with everything that is preached from the church pulpits, more than many Adventists. He is so well grounded in Advent doctrine that he could make a great preacher. He is very convinced that this is the Truth more than many. Especially today when he sees how the Bible prophecies are being fulfilled in the light of those reproduced in the Great Controversy, he is more and more zealous to challenge his listeners to a more serious study of the Scriptures and the Prophetic Spirit. If I could see just 1bit of truth in the Bible that Ellen teaches or a prophecy that had come true, I might have considered staying. SDAs have performed Abortions in their hospitals as allowed by the General Conference guidelines, SDAs allow people to divorce and “remarry”, a violation against adultery, SDAs keep the Jewish sabbath which is a shadow and obsolete (Col. 2:16).

The following is a reply to an Adventist "Pastor" on RUclips regarding the Sabbath and Christians.
1. Reading Acts 5:15 speaks of "The law of Moses" and the law of Moses was never ceremonial law only. The law of Moses contained the 10 commandments, my friend.
Exodus 20:8-11 is speaking to the "Children of Israel" not the entire Gentile World, China, Russian, Southeast Asia or all of mankind. Let's be honest.
You all come up with some of the most flimsy and shoddy excuses to justify your traditions, not from God. but of EGW. The Adventist's arguments for Col. 2:16 is deliberately deceptive as is Dan. 7:25, but you all don't care, because it's not about being truthful with the sacred scripture, it's about WINNING members.
Secondly, You all have never kept the 10 commandments and should be humble enough to stop bragging how you do, when you don't. I think you should repent of pretending to be something you are not. *None of the Prophets Old Testament taught Adam and Eve kept the Sabbath * . *None of the Prophets Old Testament taught the Gentile nations were obligated to keep the Sabbath.
You have made your own false commandments of men, and then condemn others for not obeying YOUR TRADITONS. Genesis 2:2-3 does not even mention the Sabbath and contrary to Adventist teaching not one person, God included shows anyone or commanding anyone to keep a Sabbath in the entire book of Genesis, much less Gen.2. Let's be honest again.
2. The Apostles correctly understood that the fulfillment of Pentecost was the fulfillment of the 7 x 7 (completeness) of the Sabbaths coming to an end. Although, the Jewish Christians were allowed to continue in all the Sabbaths, weekly and annual, the Gentiles were not to be commanded or told to keep any of them, because they belonged to the Jewish to keep and not any other nations.
Regarding you comment of Exodus 31:16-17 and Ezek. 20:12, they are referencing ALL the Sabbaths of the Children of Israel not ANY of the Gentile Nations.
3. "Daily" means Sunday just as much as Saturday. Let's be honest again. You all wouldn't be caught dead appearing to be Christians and worshiping with them on Sunday "Pentecost" commanded by God nor not. You all make up some flimsy excuses. And, yes we all know what day the Jewish Sabbath is.
The Jewish Apostles continued to keep the annual Sabbaths and the weekly Sabbath because they were JEWS before coming to Christ. Not because they were Christians. Let's be honest again. It's no marvel we find Jews, Christian or not keeping the Sabbath. What's totally strange about all of this, is you aren't trying to do anything but make me A JEW. There's is NOTHING Christian about Sabbath keeping. You all don't and never have kept it according to the commandment anyway. My friend, all this is nothing *but trying to make a show in the flesh as how holy you are, to hide what you really are, a sinner.*
4. I'm so glad you mentioned John 16:13. *Because you have a commandment by the Holy Spirit in Acts 15:21-26 NOT TO PREACH MOSES AND THE LAW TO THE GENTILES who have come to Christ.* But, you and your false prophet have rebelled against the Holy Spirit. And, EGW abhors the commandment of Acts 15 through the Holy Spirit (explicitly) and calls the Apostles of Satan, because they won't make binding the Sabbath on the Gentiles. You all don't care Because *you all make void the commandment of God through your own traditions* as Christ said to the Sabbath keepers. If you all had the Holy Spirit, you would have need to be under the law of Moses. If the only thing that keeps you from stealing, murdering and committing adultery is the 10 commandments, then the LAW was made for you . 1Tim. 1:1-6 Our hearts are changed by the righteousness of faith, "apart from the deeds of the law" But, for the true Christian, Breaking the Sabbath day is not a sin for the Christian. They are not under the law of Moses (John 7:19) . Sin under the new testament is obeying the sinful nature of man which is summarized in Gal. 5:17-19. What a Christian should be is shown clearly in Gal. 5:22-24. Those of the law are still in the flesh, those of the Spirit walk in the Spirit, through faith and by the Grace of Christ. And by His Grace and the workings of the Spirit overcome the flesh, not by keeping law but by the power of the Holy Spirit. The entire intended righteousness of the body of the law is to be fulfilled in Christians (Rom 8:4) , not by doing the deeds of the law in the letter, but by the fruits of the Holy Spirit working in us.
If you could overcome sin through Sabbath keeping or the law, there would be no need of Christ or the Holy Spirit. And that, my friend, is the gospel! If you want to understand the book of Romans, Galatians and Colossians , read it with this in mind, and suddenly you will understand the entire books so much better Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Romans 8:2 .
1Tim 1: 5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: 6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling; 7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding NEITHER what they say, nor whereof they affirm.*

God, in His mercy, is waiting for us to do a better job sharing the message that He has given us with the world. Let’s recommit ourselves to doing that this new year. “Thank God that a work is being done outside of the church. The church has not been properly educated to work outside of their own people. Many souls out of the church might have been enlightened, and a great deal more light brought into the church, if every church member in every country, who claims to have the advanced light of truth, had worked with heart and soul and voice to win souls to the truth. Altogether too little work is being done by church members for those who need the light, those who are outside of the church of Seventh-day Adventists.” TM 127.3

I don't think there are many Adventists who know the writings of Ellen White as Mayel does! At the same time, he is up to date with everything that is preached from the church pulpits, more than many Adventists. He is so well grounded in Advent doctrine that he could make a great preacher. He is very convinced that this is the Truth more than many. Especially today when he sees how the Bible prophecies are being fulfilled in the light of those reproduced in the Great Controversy, he is more and more zealous to challenge his listeners to a more serious study of the Scriptures and the Prophetic Spirit. Let's imagine what it would be like one day to turn 180% and preach like Saul became Apostle Paul??
