I have just watched and followed all your exercises. Thank you for these warm up and cool down, they are efficient. A particular question arises: when you play the flute your arms fise up at shoulder level. How can one avoid bruning pain in the shoulder - near or just above the shoulder blade?.
chiropractor is a terrible suggestion, take at least a couple Alexander lessons with a good teacher, read a few books on the topic (three I recommend are "How You Stand, How You Move, How You Live", "Neurodynamics: The Art of Mindfulness in Action" and "The Alexander Technique for Musicians") , and work towards developing the body awareness to find and fix the source of the problem yourself. :)
Thank you Eileen wonderful information to hear early in the morning.
