Hello there. I’m from Texas USA. I have a terminal disease called Lou Gehrig’s Disease , but commonly known as ALS. I also have this power chair from Invacare. I love how much independence I now have because of this chair. I send you all a warm hug for those who see this message.
I don't care what anyone says Invcare makes the best power cheers. I gave up my last one after 10 years and it was still running pretty good. I have my third torque 3 and seven years old and still got many years to go. I will be getting a newer TDX model. I think the mid wheel drive would be better I've always had rear wheel drive. The only thing I don't like about these new wheelchairs is why do they only have one foot plate in the middle. When they had the two foot plates I was conveniently able to hide my piss bag up behind my calf cushions where nobody could see it.
Isn't that just crazy? The prices of these chairs are just nuts. I'm getting a new chair soon but the seat I need is just like yours. I need the vinyl covering to be able to slide. The cloth is almost impossible for me to move but I'm told that isn't possible. I'll have to have one made but it just blows my mind that a chair that expensive only comes with one specific seat covering. I despise having to deal with insurance companies. @@KieshaMastrodimosXo
